DESCRIPTION:Join us for a discussion with award-winning author Chelsea Abdullah on April 21 about fantasy literature\, her book The Stardust Thief\, and her experiences as a traditionally-published author. The event\, held in Gault Auditorium\, will include both a talk with Abdullah and a Q&A session at the end. \nInspired by stories from Abdullah’s childhood growing up in Kuwait\, The Stardust Thief follows a merchant\, her bodyguard\, a prince\, and a thief as they search for a magical object whose discovery could reshape their world. Its sequel\, The Ashfire King\, is available April 15. \nThis event is free and open to the public. Students\, faculty\, staff\, and community members are encouraged to attend in person or via Zoom.
